Don’t talk with strangers, don’t take candies from them, don’t trust. Damm it, I have a little problem with this statement.
Exactly 2 years ago, we were sitting in some tiny cafe in the mountains of Honduras, long weeks without mobile network, trying to catch any internet and then we have received an email. That my beloved papa very suddenly passed away. This is the worst in travelling. That you are far, far away.
One parents’ magazine made an interview with us. But then they told us they cannot publish it. Why? Because they would loose their advertisement clients. Why?? Because we don’t need gadgets.
The most popular comment under some media coverage about us (except “wow, that is nice” and “poor kids with irresponsible parents” is: “oh my god, they must be so fuckin’ rich, travelling like this is not available for normal people”. It is, I’m telling you.
We don’t just go from a place A to the place B. All the places on the way, where we sleep or cook – became memories itself.
